NOTD | Essie 'Beyond Cozy'

I'm a bit of a girly-girl, at heart (although you'd probably never guess it from the way I dress), and I'm a magpie when it comes to anything even remotely sparkly; naturally, when I spotted 'Beyond Cozy' on display at my nearest Essie concession, I was infatuated, and after gazing longingly at the bottle nearly every day for two weeks straight in my local Boots, I finally caved in and grabbed myself the shade.

'Beyond Cozy' is a pretty unique polish, at least in my collection, as it's not just a simple glitter; hints of duochrome in the base mean it takes a rare position between gold and silver, with hint of both being visible under different lighting. Whilst it's not the most subtle shade, it's not an in-your-face glitter, either; there's a dull edge to the sparkles that makes it perfectly suitable for day-to-day manicures, and I adore it.
